What if I live in Utah, near headquarters, and I want to pick up my order directly from you instead of paying for shipping?

At this time we are still offering a Will Call option. At Checkout, be sure to select the “Will Call” button after clicking on the Shopping Cart button, and before you enter your payment information. This will ensure we don’t charge a shipping fee. Orders are generally available for pickup within a few hours of placing your order during business hours, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

What carrier service do you use to ship orders?

At this time we only use USPS for all shipments.

How long does it take for XR Nutrition to ship my order?

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after an order is placed. Any order placed on a weekend or Holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email from USPS once your order has shipped. This confirmation will include your USPS tracking number, so that you can track the status of your order.

Where are my orders shipped from?

All orders are shipped from the Salt Lake City, Utah area.

What is your return policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the product. All refunds are applied to the original method of payment. To return an item, please CONTACT US with your name, order number and item name.

An item in my order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We take every precaution when packaging your order to ensure that it will arrive in great condition. Unfortunately, sometimes items get damaged during shipping. Please CONTACT US so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

My delivery is missing an item from my order. What do I do?

If an item is missing from your order please check your invoice to ensure it is listed and then CONTACT US so we can resolve the error as quickly as possible.

What should I do if I received the wrong item?

If you received the wrong product, please CONTACT US for assistance.

How long will it take to see a refund in my bank account?

Refunds generally take 3-7 business days before they appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
