ORDER FAQ


I just placed an order but I did not receive a confirmation email.  What should I do?

First, check the junk or spam folder in your email. If you didn't receive a confirmation email your order may not have processed. Please CONTACT US.


I have questions about my order.  What should I do?

I haven't received my package.  What should I do?

First, look for the shipping confirmation email from USPS and track your shipment. If you need additional help, please CONTACT US.


Can I use a separate billing and shipping address?

Sure thing! During checkout, after you have entered your shipping information, just proceed to the next page and uncheck the box that says “My billing address is the same as my shipping address”, and then enter in your billing address.


Can I view orders I’ve placed in the past?

Yes, you can! When you’re logged in, just go to the “Order History” Menu tab on the homepage to view your past orders.


Where do I find products to order on your site?

Easy! Just click on the “Shop” Menu tab, where you can shop by symptom or alphabetical order.


How do I place an order?

Just follow these steps:

  1. Click the “Shop” Menu tab on our homepage.

  2. Add items to your cart, by clicking the “Add to Cart” button below each product. (Once you add an item to your cart, the button will change to “1 Item(s) Added”.)

  3. When you are done ordering, click the Cart icon in the upper right-hand corner of our website.

  4. While on the cart screen, (1) confirm that your order is correct, (2) select “Will Call” if you are picking you order up at our HQ office, (3) add a promo code if we are running a promotion (4) If you need the order shipped, enter your shipping information and (5) then click the button that says “Continue to Checkout”

  5. On the payment screen, enter your payment information, and click “Continue to Checkout” once more.

  6. Finally, review your order and hit “Confirm Order” to submit your payment


Can I add item(s) to an order I just placed?

Items cannot be added to an order once it has been submitted. Simply place a second order with the item you missed, or CONTACT US if you desire to cancel the first order and submit a new order with all your items.


How do I add a promo code to my order?

After clicking on the Cart icon, scroll down and click on “Need to apply a Discount Code?” Enter in your code, then continue with your checkout.
