Do you store my credit card information?

If you are signed up for EZ Refill, our system saves your card to process all future payments. At no time does any member of our team have access to your credit card information. For all other orders, you must enter your payment information each time you check out.


How do I create an account?

Just follow this step-by-step guide:

  1. Click the” My Account” Menu tab at the top right of our homepage.

  2. Click “Register” located underneath “My Account”.

  3. Fill out the required information and click “Register Now”.

  4. Now you can easily order product, check your order history, and manage your EZ Refill.


How do I delete my account?

How do I reset my password?

If you forgot your password, just follow these simple steps to reset it:

  1. Click “Sign In” located in the dropdown menu under “My Account” in the upper right corner of our website.

  2. Click on “Forgot Password”.

  3. Enter in your email address on the next screen and click on “Reset My Password”.

  4. You will be sent a link to reset your password.

Can I update my email address?

Yes! Just follow these easy steps:

  1. Click “Sign In” located in the dropdown menu under “My Account” in the upper right corner of our website.

  2. Once logged in, click on your name in the upper right of the website, where “My Account” was, and click on “Edit My Profile”.

  3. Under “Email Address” replace your current email address with your new email address and click “Save”.

  4. Your e-mail will be updated. Be sure to use your new email address for future logins.
